Yea they just hire people who will actually work but they love finding people who actually know about the stuff they sell so applying there would be a good idea. Just came across your little rant about the boards, we don't assemble them (at least not the people at the store) I just know we get the completes in all the time and put them out. Its honestly not just Maui nix. The longboarding community is just becoming so stupid now days. Its commonly orientated with being hipster and that’s not even the beginning. Longboarding isn’t even taken seriously anymore. “Skate shops” now are really just clothing stores with shitty s9 or expensive loaded boards in the back corner. AND IT REALLY REALLY pisses me off that buying a board is now based on how the graphic on the deck and the stupid fucking color coordination or whatever. qeruwofdkljsvxknleoi I guess its to be expected.. I don’t know.. whatever.. And if people that know about boards have a high chance of getting hired at Maui nix then damn.. I’m going to apply right now, lol. Oh and you’re right about Fort Lauderdale. I went to a skate shop up there to meet someone and when I went to buy trucks, bearings, and bushings the worker there actually knew what I was asking for.
